A project at the intersection of education and human wellbeing

Teaching matters.
So does the person doing it.

The Myself Project is built for educators who want to bring more humanity into their classrooms — and for anyone who’s lost their sense of direction along the way.

The philosophy

The story

You can’t pass on what you haven’t found in yourself.

my self

This project grew out of nearly a decade of teaching in Vietnam — watching the same arid, transactional model of education fail students and drain teachers. Watching meaning evaporate in both directions.
The Myself Project is built on the belief that real education and real wellbeing come from the same place: knowing yourself well enough to be genuinely present with another person.
That’s what we work on here. For educators. For individuals. For anyone trying to close the gap between the life they’re living and the one they actually want.
