A project at the intersection of education and human wellbeing
Teaching matters.
So does the person doing it.
The Myself Project is built for educators who want to bring more humanity into their classrooms — and for anyone who’s lost their sense of direction along the way.
Two sides of the same idea
You can’t teach someone to know themselves if you’ve forgotten how to know yourself
for educators
Education that starts with the human
ESL Curriculum built around empathy and connection
Classroom tools for teachers who want human connection, not just deliver knowledge
for individuals
Direction for people who’ve run out of it
The Compass Reset workbook – guided, honest, printable
Weekly essays about meaning, direction and what prevents us from evolving
What changes here
Educators before
Individuals before
Educators after
The story
You can’t pass on what you haven’t found in yourself.
my self
This project grew out of nearly a decade of teaching in Vietnam — watching the same arid, transactional model of education fail students and drain teachers. Watching meaning evaporate in both directions.
The Myself Project is built on the belief that real education and real wellbeing come from the same place: knowing yourself well enough to be genuinely present with another person.
That’s what we work on here. For educators. For individuals. For anyone trying to close the gap between the life they’re living and the one they actually want.
