Refund Policy
This policy applies to MySelf Project digital products, including protected online reader access for The Compass Reset.
1. Digital access
Because MySelf Project products are digital and access may be delivered after manual confirmation, refunds are reviewed manually rather than handled automatically.
2. When a refund may be considered
A refund may be considered if:
- your access code does not work and we cannot resolve the issue;
- you were charged incorrectly;
- you purchased the product by mistake and have not meaningfully accessed the protected reader;
- there is another clear technical or billing issue connected to your order.
3. When a refund may be declined
A refund may be declined if the product has been successfully delivered and accessed, if the request is abusive, or if there is evidence of unauthorized sharing, copying, or misuse.
4. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email [email protected] with the email used for your order and a short explanation of the issue. We will review the request and reply as soon as possible.
5. Payment handling
Online checkout is currently paused. If a refund is approved, the refund method and timing will depend on the payment method used for your manual order.
