✦ About MySelf Project

A quiet space for returning to attention, presence, and what makes us human.

MySelf Project exists for people who sense that learning, life, and personal growth can be more honest, more conscious, and more deeply human.

Why this project exists

MySelf Project was born from a simple but uncomfortable realization: much of what we call learning today no longer helps people become more conscious, more present, or more whole.

Too often, education becomes performance, comparison, pressure, and fear — fear of being wrong, fear of not being enough, fear of not fitting in.

This fear can pass from one generation to another, growing like a snowball made of shame, anger, competition, and disconnection.

But it can be stopped. Slowly, patiently, it can be melted.

The beginning is attention

The most urgent absence I see in people is not intelligence. It is attention.

When we are not present, life passes by misunderstood or unnoticed. We hear without listening. We look without seeing. We react before we understand.

From there, communication breaks down, relationships become tense, and inner conflict grows.

For me, attention is the beginning of everything. Without attention, there is no real education. Without presence, there is no real transformation.

Self-education as a way out

At the center of MySelf Project is self-education — not education as accumulation, performance, or a race for approval.

Self-education begins with a humbling truth: we are learning in every moment of our lives, whether we want to or not.

Every relationship, conflict, repeated pattern, fear, silence, and disappointment carries information. Life has a way of bringing our lessons back into attention until we are ready to see them.

To self-educate is to become conscious of this process: to stop, to see what belongs to us and what does not, to release unnecessary weight, and to walk forward with more clarity, lightness, and integrity.

What this project is here for

MySelf Project is for people who feel that something essential has been lost — in education, work, relationships, society, or within themselves.

It is not here to offer another mask, another formula, or another motivational slogan. It is here to help us return to what is real.

Here, education is not separated from life. Reflection is not separated from action. Personal growth is not separated from responsibility toward the world we create together.

Who I am in this work

I do not come here as someone who has all the answers.

I am not a guru, an all-knowing expert, or the owner of an absolute truth. I am a seeker — someone who has lived through different human and professional experiences, fallen and risen, received and given, questioned and rebuilt.

I believe in people. I believe in humanity. And I believe that beneath fear, noise, pain, and conditioning, there is still something deeply worthy of trust.

My role is to offer one path among many: the one I can see, walk with sincerity, and place in an open space where others can explore it, question it, use it, or leave it aside.

The question

The world is shaped every day by the way we see, speak, choose, teach, listen, work, and relate to one another.

The effort required to make it more human or less human is often the same.

So the question is: what are we choosing to create?
